These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the NextDrop platform (the “Platform”), dedicated to the peer-to-peer exchange of virtual skins and other digital assets. By creating an account or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between users who wish to buy and sell virtual skins. The Platform is not a party to transactions between buyer and seller; it provides the digital environment, manages payments, and ensures that operations are executed securely and transparently.
To keep the service sustainable, the Platform applies the following fees:
Whenever a user requests a withdrawal, 1% of the total requested amount is retained as the Platform’s fee, in addition to any fees charged by the payment gateway. The net amount received corresponds to the requested total minus these fees.
The Platform does not earn direct profit on deposits. Users are responsible for covering payment gateway fees to ensure the desired net amount is credited to their account. Example: to add €20, the user pays €20 plus the applicable gateway fee.
A 5% mediation fee applies to every P2P transaction. The seller receives the full listed price, while the buyer pays the listed price plus 5%. The additional amount represents the Platform’s operational revenue.
Fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, PIX, SEPA) are determined by each provider and may vary. The Platform does not control or adjust these values; it simply passes the costs on to the user.
The Platform reserves the right to change fees at any time, with prior notice published on the website or sent via email to registered users. Changes apply only to future transactions.
Before confirming any transaction, users will be informed of the total amount, including all applicable fees and the resulting net value. No charges will be made without explicit user confirmation.
The Platform may modify these Terms whenever necessary for legal, technical, or operational reasons. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the corresponding last update date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Platform’s operating company is established. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Continuing to use the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
